Embraer Reaches Top End of Business Jet Delivery Forecast
The manufacturer recorded its highest annual business jet delivery total in 15 years.

Embraer ended 2025 on a high note: its business jet division delivered 155 aircraft, the highest total in 15 years and 25 more deliveries than in the previous year. The Brazilian manufacturer thus reached the top end of the business jet delivery forecast it issued at the beginning of 2025.
“Reaching the top end of our forecast reflects disciplined execution and a relentless pursuit of high-margin profitability,” said Michael Amalfitano, president and CEO of Embraer Executive Jets. In the fourth quarter, Embraer delivered 28 Phenom light jets and 25 Praetor midsize and super-midsize jets. Although the manufacturer took steps to stabilize production volumes during the year, the 53 fourth-quarter deliveries represented one-third of its annual total.
In 2025, 86 Phenom aircraft were delivered, including 72 Phenom 300s, which to date has represented a record for aircraft in this class for 13 consecutive years, as well as 69 Praetor aircraft.
“While the Phenom 300E continued to dominate as the most-delivered light jet, we also saw significant growth in Praetor deliveries, underscoring the strength and versatility of our portfolio,” Amalfitano explained. “This momentum, supported by a book-to-bill ratio of approximately 1:1, positions us for sustainable and profitable growth through 2026.”
