Global Business Aviation Activity Rose 6.5% Year Over Year in March
Activity increased 6.6% year over year in North America and 4.9% in Europe.

According to the latest Argus International TraqPak flight activity report, global business aviation activity rose 6.5% year over year in March, despite challenges such as the conflict in the Middle East. Activity in North America increased 6.6% year over year, averaging more than 10,100 flights per day, compared with 9,500 flights per day in March 2025. Activity in Europe increased 4.9%.
“Activity in March remained resilient despite the many challenges associated with the conflict in the Middle East,” Argus reported. “We saw activity in the Middle East decline by more than 50% in March and fuel prices rise sharply worldwide, but activity still increased significantly in the U.S. and around the world.”
In North America, fractional operations recorded the strongest growth, rising 13.8% year over year. Part 135 activity increased 6.5%, while Part 91 activity rose 3.5%. Light jets recorded the region’s strongest growth, at 11.5%, followed by midsize jets at 6.4%, turboprops at 5.8%, and large jets at 0.4%. The strongest growth in an individual segment was recorded by fractional operations in the light jet segment, at 22.7%.
In Western Europe, which accounts for 80% of all activity on the continent, growth was 4.5%, with France remaining the region’s most active country. Other regions, including Africa, Asia, Australia and South America, recorded combined growth of 6.5%.
Argus analysts forecast growth of 3.9% in North America and 5.6% in Europe this month.
