Gulfstream Delivers 300th G280
Thirteen years after the G280 entered service, Gulfstream has reached 300 deliveries of the aircraft.

Gulfstream has delivered its 300th super-midsize G280 aircraft. The company delivered its first twin-engine aircraft in 2012, and since then its in-service fleet has logged more than 575,000 flight hours and made approximately 358,000 landings.
The G280, the smallest aircraft in Gulfstream’s product lineup, has so far achieved an NBAA dispatch reliability rate of 99.98% and set 87 city-pair speed records. With several cabin layout options, the G280 can carry up to 10 passengers, while its Honeywell HTF7250G engines give it a range of 3,600 nautical miles at a cruise speed of Mach 0.80.
Gulfstream continues to invest in the G280 platform, developing new features that enhance passenger comfort and safety while improving crew operating efficiency. The aircraft is also certified to the FAA’s stringent Stage 5 noise standards.
The milestone G280 was delivered from the General Dynamics subsidiary’s completion facility in the Dallas–Fort Worth area.
“Reaching this delivery milestone confirms the continued strong demand for the G280,” said Mark Burns, president of the aircraft manufacturing company. “Known for its unique combination of speed, performance and cabin flexibility, the G280 remains a leader in the super-midsize class and continues to set industry standards.”
